Quality Assurance
Cleaning requirements should be defined through service specifications and site instructions, supported by appropriate checks, client feedback and corrective action.
Health & Safety
Relevant workplace risks should be considered and suitable information, instruction and procedures maintained for the work being undertaken.
COSHH
Cleaning chemicals should be selected, stored, handled and used in accordance with product instructions and applicable COSHH controls.
Risk Assessment
Site and task risks should be assessed where appropriate, including unfamiliar premises, equipment, chemicals, manual handling, lone working and access arrangements.
PPE & Equipment
Suitable PPE and equipment should be provided where required by the task, risk assessment or product instructions.
Incident Reporting
Employees should have a clear way to report accidents, near misses, damage, hazards and other operational incidents.
Right to Work
Jemadi Group Ltd should complete and retain lawful right-to-work checks for employees in line with current UK requirements.
Data Protection
Personal and commercial information should be handled in accordance with applicable UK data-protection requirements and Jemadi’s privacy procedures.
Environmental Responsibility
Aim to reduce unnecessary product use, use products correctly, manage waste responsibly and make practical choices that reduce avoidable environmental impact.
